By using Laundry Dunia’s laundry and dry-cleaning services, customers agree to the following terms. We strive to handle garments with care using standard industry practices. Laundry Dunia is not responsible for normal wear and tear, color fading, shrinkage, or damage caused by pre-existing issues. Customers must check all garments for valuables before handing over clothes; we are not liable for items left in pockets.

In case of loss or damage, our liability is limited to five times the service charge of the affected item. Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before pickup. Payments must be made upon order confirmation or delivery.

Turnaround time is typically 24–72 hours, subject to change due to external factors. Prices are subject to revision. Misuse of our services or submission of prohibited items may lead to service refusal. Legal disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts.
